Grumeti Fund K2N is more than just 5 days of racing; it’s a truly all-inclusive adventure. Experience extraordinary hospitality for 9 days and 8 nights in Tanzania, 24 May - 01 June. From the moment you exit the airport until you enjoy your last beer and are delivered to departures for your return flight, you will find we really have thought of — and provided — everything.

Race categories are solo and 2-person team (male, female, mixed). In order to ensure a premier experience, the 2024 field will be limited to 80 registered cyclists and 10 community development riders . Registration will close when sold out or on 31st March.

Support local community development with 100% of your registration fees
USD $5000 per person, choice of team or solo entry and accommodation

Spectator Packages

Registration includes:

  • Accommodation for 8 nights

  • 5 days of racing

  • Transfers from Kilimanjaro Airport and return + all transport during race

  • 3 meals per day + race course feed zones

  • Water, Skratch, coffee, tea, soda, beer, and wine

  • Park fees, concessions, levies, and taxes

  • Medical services & emergency evacuation

Refunds, Changes, and Deferrals

  • Entry is confirmed upon full payment only. Refunds for cancellations — for race entry and/or add-on packages — will be available as follows:

    • 90% refund available through 22 December

    • 75% refund available through 22 March

    • 50% refund available through 22 April

    • 25% refund available through 22 May

    • Payments are non-refundable beginning 23 May 2024

  • Entries can be deferred for one year if requested before 22 March. The deferral fee is USD $200 per rider, payable when requesting the deferral.

  • Rider changes / number transfers are permitted if requested before 22 April for a USD $200 change fee, payable when requesting the transfer.

  • If the event, or any part of it, is for any reason modified or cancelled, payments will be refundable as per above.
